Tire Discounters

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I arrived for my 8:00 AM scheduled appointment before the store even opened and was the very first customer there, waiting outside for the doors to unlock. I dropped my car off expecting what should have been a straightforward tire replacement. I had to keep calling to find out what was going on because nobody reached out to me, and they kept saying it would probably just be another hour or so. Then, TEN HOURS after my 8:00 AM scheduled drop-off, they called me at 6:00 PM, one hour before closing , to tell me they didn’t even have the tire I needed and would have to get it the next day. Because they waited until 6:00 PM to tell me, I had no opportunity to take my car somewhere else. Every other tire shop was already closed or about to close, leaving me with no choice but to wait on Tire Discounters to finish the job. On top of that, I spent over $100 on Ubers throughout the day because I was expecting my vehicle to be completed as scheduled. That expense could have been avoided had they simply communicated earlier that they didn’t have the tire. When I picked up my car and explained how frustrating and costly this experience had been, no discoun

I had a great experience at Tire Discounters thanks to Gavin Arnold and the team. They found nails in both of my front tires and patched them up professionally. The whole process was smooth, and Gavin was friendly and helpful. It’s clear they care about their customers and do quality work. I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend Tire Discounters to anyone needing tire repairs or other automotive service!

Came in for an alignment and new tires, which was combined deal! Pretty happy with the price they gave me, and they were extremely nice and efficient. Had a small issue afterwards but they were very quick to fix it and I was overall very happy with my experience here! Highly recommend.

Extremely friendly staff! I got a flat tire while I was downtown. It was passing through here on my way home. I pulled in and they were able to add air into the tire- no cost! And were so kind to me about my tire and were willing to squeeze me in for an appointment to plug my tire. Great customer service goes a long way and they aced it!!

So sweet, they’ll give ya a cavity ;) Tanner was an absolute ray of sunshine! Super helpful and happy through the entire process. Gavin was so delightful on the phone when I called in to ask questions. Ari, the GM, is quite an angel, such a warm soul. I cannot recommend them enough!
